•	Our Master Licensees are granted the rights to develop multiple market segments (Traditional Centres; Hotel Centres; GX Corporate Space Centres) from Day #1.
•	Referral of global and regional customers searching for office accommodations as they expand throughout the emerging markets.
•	Global reach via the Globex Corporate web system and support with the development of your individual centre site (to maintain a unified brand image).
•	The Globex Turn Key Support (GTKS) Program which provides you with assistance and input on all issues relating to the successful launch of your centre (issues ranging from property selection to project management and fit-out; pre-opening staff training; pre-centre sales and marketing support; and more).
•	The Globex Licensee Support (GLS) Program which provides on-going centre operations support (critical areas addressed include: servicing and satisfying of your centre clients; the on-going training of your staff; and, utilization of the most advanced centre operating system in the world).   All expenses associated with the GLS Program are included in one simple monthly payment on a per centre basis.
•	The Globex Regional Brand Development (GRBD) Program which provides the necessary funds and support to build the long-term brand equity of the Globex brand of business centres in the emerging markets.  All funds collected by the GRBD Program remain in the emerging markets to support the efforts of our Master Licensees.
